When it comes to an easy weeknight meal, look no further than Trader Joe’s Mandarin Orange Chicken! This has become a staple for us, and something we keep stocked in our freezer at all times for when work and life picks up. The bag has its own instructions, but we have simplified it even FURTHER to make it as quick as possible.
Ingredients
1 Bag Trader Joe’s Frozen Mandarin Orange Chicken
White or Brown Rice (pre-cooked or boil in a bag for easy cooking)
Green Onion
Sesame Seeds
Instructions
Place frozen chicken into air fryer. Use air fry setting at 350* for 20 minutes, tossing as needed.
Add water to a measuring cup and heat for 1.5-2 minutes in the microwave. remove and place frozen sauce bag in the hot water.
Remove chicken from air fryer when cooked through, tossing with sauce to coat.
Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
