Pumpkin Adaptogen Latte
1 tbsp Peak + Valley Nourish My Brain Blend
1/2 cup Silk Pumpkin Spice Creamer (Or Similar)
4 oz espresso
Ice
Start your espresso brew. I use the Cafe Ole Dark Roast Espresso blend with a filter in my Ninja Dualbrew and have found it to be the best espresso blend for non-Nespresso users. While the espresso brews (and cools - which is so important before pouring over ice to avoid a burnt taste!) add creamer and Nourish My Brain Blend to a cup. Froth using your favorite frother - mine is the Zulay from Amazon - adding more creamer if you like your lattes sweeter. Add ice and pour espresso over top when cooled.
